Well hello there, I’m Frank, Founder of XYN Fitness. I’m not a lifelong athlete or a six-pack influencer. I’m someone who let life pile up. Who put work, stress, and everyone else first. I hit a point where I didn’t recognize the guy in the mirror anymore. Then came the wake-up call: For fun I set a New Years resolution that I would participate in a Spartan race. I always wanted to, and thinking I could push through. But I failed more obstacles than I’d like to admit. And shoutout to the team at Spartan - it is truly grueling. The obstacle that hit me hardest? A literal WALL. I remember thinking, “If my family were hurt and needed me, calling out to me on the other side of that wall… I couldn’t reach them.” That reality and gravity of that thought, in that moment, changed everything. Talk about an awakening. I was Tired. Out of shape. And finally honest with myself. I needed a plan, and someone to help me follow through. So I built what I couldn’t find (Or afford). A no-BS system that balances real life with real progress. No crash diets. No ego. Just structure, support, and consistency backed by science, intelligent moves, and proven results. I created XYN Fitness to help people like me. The ones who don’t need hype - they just need a way forward.
